This page explains how and when your MEGAMAREE order moves from confirmation to delivery.

What happens after you place an order

Once you confirm your order, MEGAMAREE begins verification, inspection, and packaging. Your order is handed over to the fulfillment center within 48 hours. This step is completed by MEGAMAREE and does not include transit time.

How long it takes — and why

From order confirmation to dispatch, MEGAMAREE estimates 3–7 business days. After dispatch, delivery to your door typically takes 14–30 business days. All timeframes are calculated in business days only — weekends and public holidays are excluded. The first phase is managed by MEGAMAREE; the second phase depends on carrier performance and local postal services.

What might delay your package

Delivery timing may be affected by factors outside MEGAMAREE’s control, including:

• public holidays
• severe weather
• rigorous customs inspections
• unexpected transportation disruptions

Because these variables involve third parties and external entities, MEGAMAREE cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

How to track and when to act

Tracking information is provided as soon as your order leaves our facility — where available. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days after dispatch confirmation, email cs@megamaree.com with your order number.
